However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy explains the process and conditions under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or do not match the item description provided at the time of purchase. You must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be included.
  • Returns must have prior authorization (RMA number) from our customer support team.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Electrical parts and sensors (due to the nature of installation).
  • Special order items or custom requests.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window.

5. Exchange Policy

In certain cases, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was on our part.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Warranty Claims

Some products come with a limited warranty, as stated on the product page. Warranty claims will be processed according to the specific terms of that warranty, which may differ from standard refund procedures.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed, and the return policy will apply instead.
